For me, photography is an amazing way to document complex ecosystems. In doing so, I find it incredibly difficult to focus on animals, plants, or landscapes, because I understand all of these components as an inseparable whole. And it is precisely these entanglements, as well as the unmistakable traces of man within these ecosystems, that I try to capture with my camera. I therefore do not like to call my photography “nature photography” and prefer the term “biosphere photography”. What exactly I mean by that, I’ll be happy to explain to you during a workshop. 🙂 Besides personal projects, I am passionate about photographing various occasions and festivities outdoors.
